The Lakeview Improvement Society (LIS) was organized as a Home Owners Association to serve the many residents of Ward’s Cove on Sebago Lake, Maine. Our mission is to protect, promote responsible use, and to carry out improvements to the commonly deeded beachfront area as well as support a strong sense of community through various events throughout the summer.

Dues are collected annually from its members for maintenance and upkeep of the beach. LIS has a long standing history, serving this area of Ward’s Cove since 1924. We ask that you kindly continue your support of this organization through dues and regular participation in meetings and activities.
